How billing works

Prepaid credits. No surprise charges. 1 credit = $1 USD. Customers in India are billed in INR at 100 per credit plus 18% GST (118 effective per credit, inclusive of tax). Customers outside India are billed in USD. Credits do not expire. No subscription, no lock-in.

What is a credit?

One credit equals $1 USD of measurement capacity. Credits are consumed when AI Native runs scans against AI assistants to measure your brand's Share of Answer. The cost per scan depends on the number of prompts and AI assistants covered. Your credit balance is shown in the dashboard before any scan runs.

Do credits expire?

No. Prepaid credits do not expire. They stay in your account until you use them. There are no monthly minimums and no rollover limits.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Customers in India are charged 118 per credit (100 + 18% GST). A tax invoice is generated automatically and available for download from your account. Payments in India are processed via Razorpay.

What is the refund policy?

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used. You can try a free domain assessment before you buy, and we only ask you to purchase the credits you intend to use. Genuine billing errors or duplicate charges are always reversed.
