AI Native operates on a prepaid credits model. You purchase credits in advance and spend them as you use the platform. One credit equals one US dollar (USD). Credits do not expire while your account is active.
Customers billed in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at 100 INR per credit, plus 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Indian law. Customers outside India are billed in USD. Full pricing details are on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used. Credits give you immediate access to a digital measurement service and draw on third-party data costs that we incur on your behalf, so we do not provide refunds for unused, partially used, or consumed credits.
Before you buy, you can try AI Native with a free domain assessment, so you know what to expect. We recommend purchasing only the number of credits you intend to use.
This no-refund policy does not apply to genuine billing errors. If a payment fails but your account is still charged, if the same transaction is processed more than once, or if you are charged an incorrect amount, contact us immediately at [email protected] with the relevant payment references. After verification, we will reverse the incorrect or duplicate amount in full.
You may stop using AI Native and request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. You can continue to use any remaining credits until your account is closed. On closure, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly and promptly. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
